REASONABLE RATES AND QUALITY WORKMANSHIP
We will provide you with a written estimate and references, and we require no money up front to do your roof. Our experts will also take the time needed to replace any rotted plywood that was undetectable in our estimate. Please note that full payment is due within three days of job completion, when we stop by for a completed job inspection.

There are many ways to shortcut a job and cover up the problems that won't show up for a few years. As a contractor we guarantee our labor in the installation of your roof against leakage. Our experienced and knowledgeable employees always follow proper installation procedures and if we run into an unusual situation, we will draw on our years of experienced to come up with an effective solution.

We will treat you and your property with respect throughout the course of your job. We use dumpsters for debris removal. Debris is picked up, ladders are taken down and materials are put in order at the end of each work day. We will stay with the job until it has been completed. We will not stop and start with other jobs in between.

The labor on roof installation is guaranteed for seven years. In order to make such a guarantee, we only use proper methods and quality materials from proven manufacturers including Atlas™, Alcoa™, and Velux™.

Regardless of who the manufacturer is, somewhere, sometime there may be an issue with a product. When this happens, it will come down to the integrity of the manufacturer and the roofing contractor as to how promptly and well your problem is resolved. Our company guarantees a prompt response and quick action.
